    Application SubmissionCandidates submit their resumes and complete an initial application form detailing their experience, qualifications, and references.

    Resume Screening & Background CheckWe review applications, verify work history, and perform a comprehensive background check to ensure safety and trustworthiness.

    Initial InterviewQualified candidates are invited for an initial interview to assess communication skills, childcare philosophy, and compatibility with our values.

    Skills AssessmentCandidates participate in a childcare skills assessment, including scenario-based questions and emergency response evaluation.

  • 05

    Family Introduction & Trial Session(FT & PT Placements Only)Shortlisted nannies meet the family and take part in a supervised trial session to observe real-time interactions and rapport with children.

  • 06

    Final Selection & Onboarding
    After gathering feedback from the family and evaluating all stages, we select the best-fit nanny and guide them through our onboarding process.

All the peculiarities of the chosen nanny or babysitter and services provided are stipulated in the detailed contract. You can specify additional duties in the contract or remove those services that you don’t need.
